Golden prairie with a slice of open sky. This marquise turquoise is mostly warm, sun-baked ochre matrix, broken at the tip by bright sky blue and along one edge by soft sage green.
The stone sits in a smooth sterling silver bezel, framed by a row of polished silver beads that follow its shape. The wide sterling silver band is stamped all the way around with an oxidized floral and scroll pattern, so it looks finished from every angle.
A wide band with real presence and some weight to it. It works on the index finger or thumb, and looks right at home with denim, rust, camel and cream.
No two turquoise stones carry the same mix of color and matrix. This exact ring is the one you'll receive.
Remove before swimming, showering, exercising, or applying lotions and perfume. Even stabilized, turquoise can absorb oils, so keep it away from water and lotions. Wipe the stone and sterling silver with a soft, dry cloth, and skip polishing cloths on the darkened stamped areas so the pattern stays crisp. Store in a dry place.
