Shipping

Orders ship within 1–2 business days. You’ll get a tracking number once it’s on its way. We use USPS or UPS Ground depending on the piece.

Shipping within the US is $7.95, and free on orders over $100.

If something breaks, tell me

This is the part that matters most to me. Jewelry gets worn, and worn things sometimes need attention. A clasp gives out, a wire loosens, a chain catches on a sweater.

If it’s something we made in the studio and it can be repaired, we’ll repair it. There’s no time limit on that and no form to fill in. Email me at Katie@filosophy.com.

If it can’t be repaired, we’ll replace it.

Returns

Return anything within 30 days in unused condition for a refund of the purchase price. Return shipping is yours to cover.

Sale items are final.

Damaged or faulty

If a piece arrives damaged, or something fails because of how it was made, email me a photo. You’ll get a repair, a replacement or a refund, whichever suits.
