Shipping policy

All orders are processed within3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped with a tracking code

We offer Free Shipping within the United States

We Ship via USPS or UPS Ground depending on the size of the products being delivered

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. 

Sale items 
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges 
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at filosophyjewelry@gmail.com and send your item to: 6700 Overland Road, Ward CO 80481

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at Katie@Filosophy.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
