Shipping policy

Orders ship within 1 to 2 business days. You'll get a tracking number once it's on its way. We use USPS or UPS Ground depending on the piece.

US standard shipping is $7.95 on orders under $100. Standard shipping is free on orders of $100 or more in physical items after discounts. Gift cards are delivered electronically and don’t count toward the $100 threshold.

Returns, repairs and ring replacements are covered by the Filosophy Promise: 30-day returns, free lifetime repairs for the necklaces, earrings and bracelets we make in house, our One-Year Ring Promise and our One-Year Beaded Collection Promise. For change-of-mind returns, you pay return shipping. Please email Katie@Filosophy.com before sending any jewelry.
