Refund Policy
At Filosophy Jewelry, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not, we offer a 30-day return policy. Please note that the 30-day period begins from the date of your purchase.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It should also be in the original packaging.
To initiate a return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds will be processed once we receive and inspect your returned item. You'll be notified via email about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be applied to your original method of payment within a reasonable timeframe.
In case your refund is delayed or missing, kindly check your bank account first, as there may be some processing time. If the issue persists, reach out to your credit card company or bank.
Please note that sale items cannot be refunded, and we only replace items that are defective or damaged.

For returns, kindly mail your product to: 6700 Overland Road, Ward Colorado 80481, United States. Please be aware that you'll be responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item, and shipping costs are non-refundable.
For added security, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over $75.
