Shipping

Orders ship within 1–2 business days. You’ll get a tracking number once it’s on its way. We use USPS or UPS Ground depending on the piece.

US standard shipping is $7.95 on orders under $100. Standard shipping is free on orders of $100 or more in physical items after discounts. Gift cards are delivered electronically and don’t count toward the $100 threshold.

Returns, Repairs & Ring Replacements

I want you to love your jewelry—and feel good about buying it. Our returns, repairs and ring replacements are all covered by the Filosophy Promise.

• 30-day returns. Online orders within 30 days of delivery; studio and festival purchases within 30 days of purchase. For change-of-mind returns, you pay return shipping.
• Free lifetime repairs for the necklaces, earrings and bracelets we make in house, regardless of when you purchased them.
• One-Year Ring Promise. Rings can’t be repaired, so a ring with a defect in materials or construction within one year of purchase gets one complimentary replacement.
• One-Year Beaded Collection Promise. We can’t repair our beaded pieces from Thailand in house, so a defect in materials or construction within one year of purchase gets a replacement or exchange.
