Lapis lazuli varies from stone to stone in its shade of blue and in its flecks of golden pyrite and white calcite, so yours will have its own pattern.
Lapis lazuli is a softer stone, so keep it away from water, lotion, perfume and ultrasonic cleaners. Wipe it gently with a soft, dry cloth and store it on its own so it doesn't get scratched.
