A freeform slab of sea glass green, broken up like a mosaic. This smithsonite is mint and seafoam green with flashes of pale gold, and its lower edge runs into rust-orange and earthy brown, like a desert hillside after rain.
A tall, smooth sterling silver bezel holds the stone, set on a hand-hammered sterling band that catches the light all the way around. The band adjusts at the top, tucked under the stone, so the part under your finger stays smooth and solid.
A big, earthy statement stone, so let it be the only ring on that hand. It looks right at home with denim, rust, olive, cream and white linen. Because the band adjusts, you can move it between fingers.
No two pieces of smithsonite share the same color and pattern. This exact ring is the one you'll receive.
Remove before swimming, showering, exercising, or applying lotions and perfume. Smithsonite is softer than many stones, so avoid knocks and harsh cleaners. Adjust the band gently and only a little at a time. Wipe the stone and sterling silver with a soft, dry cloth and store in a dry place.

No. Most adjustable rings open at the bottom, where the ends can pinch. This one adjusts at the top, hidden just under the stone, so the part of the band under your finger is one smooth, solid piece of hammered sterling silver.
Smithsonite takes its color from trace minerals as it forms. Copper gives it these blue-green and seafoam tones, and the rust-brown areas are the host rock it grew in.
Smithsonite is traditionally associated with comfort, calm and kindness.

Yes. This is a one-of-a-kind ring, and the stone in the photos is the one you'll receive.
