Avoid contact with perfume, lotion, and water. Store flat in a dry place and gently wipe with a soft cloth after wearing. The gold-plated elements are more delicate than gold-filled — avoid rubbing or polishing them directly to protect the plating.

Request a return within 30 days of delivery for online orders, or within 30 days of purchase for studio and festival purchases. Change-of-mind returns must be unworn, undamaged and unaltered, and return shipping is yours to cover. Custom and personalized pieces can’t be returned for a change of mind.
Necklaces, earrings and bracelets we make in house get free lifetime repairs, regardless of when you purchased them. Rings are covered by our One-Year Ring Promise, and our beaded collection from Thailand by a one-year replace-or-exchange promise, for defects in materials or construction.
